We have happy homing news to share today and this time it's puppy SOOSY, the last of the 'Makants Five' to find her forever home.
Soosy will live with Lisa, Michael, Oliver and fellow hound and playmate Louie in the Hindley area. She also has parrots Max and Harry, rabbit Simba and cat Jess for company. We wish the whole family every happiness for the future.
We also send our thanks to foster carers Keelie and Mike and Jo and Paul for their care of Soosy.
2019 starts off in great style with news of a homing and this time it's BEAR! This lovely hound has been in foster for several months with Dave and his Mum Pat and, as the saying goes, the rest is history! He joins adopted Makants hounds Jake and Charlie and has already made a good start on his fundraising career. Congratulations to the whole family!
We have a second homing for 2019 to share with you today, and this one has been a long time coming! Brin has been in foster for TWO years with Phil and Julie and now they've at last signed on the dotted line! Brin will start 2019 as our second officially adopted hound of the year. Congratulations!
We wish them all continued happiness in the future.
We have some more homing news to share with you again today and this time it's MICKEY. Mickey's new family - Conny, Steve and Molly - recently lost their much loved Makants hound Fred after a relatively short time as part of their family. We are delighted that another Makants hound - Mickey - is bringing happiness once again into their lives and we wish them all every happiness for the future.
We'd like to thank Mickey's long term foster carers David and Katherine for caring for him and preparing him so well for his future life.
We have more homing news to share today and this time it's BOBBY! Alan and Kelly decided at our Christmas fair that Bobby was the one for them and this weekend it was made official. We wish them all every happiness for their future together. :)
We have some homing news to share with you today and this time it's MICK (now Mickey). This lucky lad will live with Helen and Andrew in Adlington, we wish them all every happiness for their future together.

This lovable little 'minx' (according to her new Mum) lives in the Sheffield area with Deborah and Frank and their children Jake and Sam. Betty also lives with hound playmates Lottie, Brian and Lulu and Smudge the cat. We wish the whole family every happiness for their future together.
We start the week with news of a homing and this time it's Hattie! This gorgeous girl will live in the Widnes area with Craig, Marie and Kurgan and we wish them all every happiness for their future together.
We also send our thanks to hard working foster carers Jess and Andrew who, together with their hound Snowie, helped Hattie on her way to her new family. :)
We have yet more homing news to share today and this time it's puppy BERYL. Beryl (was Belle) will live with Gemma, Andy and Poppy in the Ashton area. We wish them all every happiness for the future and send our thanks to foster carer Sharon Naylor too.
